October 2018 – HEART collaborated with Frank Suburu – with the help of a grant from ASPCA – sponsored a spay/neuter clinic at the new pet friendly Suburu dealership in National City. The Spay Shuttle team spayed and neutered 20 dogs and cats belonging to National City residents.
